Form session
When you open a form and the service is available, the first-party kbm_contact_session cookie links your browser to the session needed for CSRF protection and duplicate-send prevention. It is a session cookie with HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict and Secure on HTTPS. It does not contain the message; the server-side technical token expires after 30 minutes.
Language preference
The public manual language-selection route can store kbm_language for one year, with SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. It is a technical IT/EN preference. A visit without a manual choice does not create it. Form data is not saved in localStorage or sessionStorage; the optional site preference is described below.
Country and initial language
On entry, without a manual preference, the server may estimate the country from the IP address using a local copy of the DB-IP database to choose IT or EN. It does not use GPS or precise location and does not send your IP to an external geolocation service. The lookup does not create a browser preference.
Services and control
Fonts, images and video are served by this website. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may load only after Analytics consent; optional site preferences are described below. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking the session may prevent form submission.

Analytics preferences
An optional Analytics preference may be stored in localStorage (key kbm.p03.advanced.preferences.v1). Its validity is 180 days for refusal and 24 hours for consent, with no automatic consent restoration in a new document. An expired record is not applied and may remain stored until overwritten or manually removed. These technical validity periods are not Google cookie lifetimes. If you consent, the site may load Google Tag Manager and send data to Google Analytics. Contact events sent by the site do not include form contents.
